    (Not so happy with this one. Oh well.)

    In case you are wondering.
    I can live in hypocrisy quite nicely,
    thank you very much.
    For even as I tout freedom and exploration,
    I am mindful that someone must tend the fields
    and cook the dinners,
    and I have more important matters at hand.

    I must wield my pen against history,
    against tyranny of authority,
    against the constraints placed upon the individual
    but I refuse to become a mirror writer
    whose image is distorted in the odd angles of the glass.

    cracked through time

    blossoms of ruby pie
